For years, Moab’s Mill Creek Canyon, a sensitive wilderness study area right next to town, has been intentionally left off the official guide books. But increasingly, people are finding the canyon anyway, and they are in danger of loving it to death.
A project to repair a bridge in Northern Utah begins this weekend and farmers needing to move farm equipment through the area should prepare now for road closures.
Repair work on the Bear River-Cutler Reservoir Bridge is scheduled to begin Sunday. Utah Department of Transportation crews will repair the deck of the bridge between Cache Junction and Newton on SR-23.

Judy Park, associate state superintendent says that means 97% of 2012 graduates took the college entrance exam… placing Utah among the top ten states for participation.
