UPR Celebrates Earth Day at Downtown Studios in Logan

On Saturday, Utah Public Radio will be hosting an Earth Day celebration at our downtown studios from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There will be live music from USU student musicians, as well as rootbeer floats, snacks, and time to mix and mingle with UPR interns and staff. During this event, you'll have the opportunity to pledge your support for Utah Public Radio, by becoming a member.

Each new member that pledges during the Earth Day event will receive 10 minutes of recording time to share a story, record music, or interview someone in our recording studio. You'll also get a CD of your recording to keep.

Sponsors of this event include The Beehive Grill, and the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Utah State University.

The UPR downtown studios are located at 43 s. Main Street in Logan. Look for the musicians outside, and come on in!
